Create new certificate request

Before filling out the application

Check that you are applying for the correct record unit and profile. Before starting the process, if you have any questions, contact our registrars at firmadigital@ogtic.gob.do .

Certificate data

To consider:
  • Please enter your personal details carefully. They must coincide exactly with what the documentation you provide to be accredited indicates.
  • The type of documentation you choose (identity card or passport) will be requested during accreditation.
  • Enter your identity card or passport number without hyphens or spaces.
  • Enter the phone numbers including your country code. Example: for the Dominican Republic, prefix +1
  • Enter an email that you use frequently, as this is where we will send you notifications.
  • Fields marked with (*) are required.

Password for the certificate

Next you will enter the password with which you will be able to install and use your certificate on any device.

Make sure you write down or memorize the password, as it cannot be reset.
If you forget it, you will not be able to use your certificate.

  • Minimum number of characters allowed for password 8
  • Maximum number of characters allowed for password 18
  • Use any combination of numbers and letters (upper or lower case).
